1. About Us

PUTIA Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales specialising in the sale and delivery of Italian food products, grocery items, and gift boxes within the United Kingdom.

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by PUTIA Ltd.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities purchased

  • Refuse service to anyone suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity

  • Cancel orders affected by pricing, stock, or technical errors

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£).

Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of the payment methods made available on our website.

PUTIA reserves the right to update prices, product availability, shipping fees, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

In the event of obvious pricing errors, PUTIA reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

VAT will be applied where legally required once VAT registration becomes active.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

PUTIA is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Delays caused by weather, strikes, transport disruption, or circumstances beyond our control

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order where necessary.

Orders returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information may not qualify for a refund.

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

5. Perishable Products

Many products sold by PUTIA are perishable food items.

Customers are responsible for refrigerating and storing products correctly immediately after delivery.

PUTIA accepts no responsibility for spoilage, deterioration, or damage resulting from:

  • Delayed refrigeration

  • Parcels left unattended

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Delivery instructions requesting parcels be left in a safe place

If a customer authorises a parcel to be left unattended, delivery shall be considered successfully completed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, standard returns are not accepted.

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details regarding damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.

PUTIA reserves the right to refuse refund or replacement claims where insufficient evidence is provided or where claims are considered abusive or fraudulent.

7. Gift Cards

PUTIA offers digital gift cards only. No physical gift card will be issued.

Gift cards:

  • Are redeemable exclusively on the PUTIA website

  • Are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • May not be resold without authorisation

PUTIA is not responsible for lost, stolen, shared, or unauthorised use of gift card codes.

Unless otherwise stated, gift cards do not expire.

8. Allergens & Product Information

While we aim to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredient lists, and allergen information, customers are responsible for checking product packaging and labels before consumption.

PUTIA accepts no liability for allergic reactions, intolerances, or adverse effects caused by products sold on our website.

Product packaging, ingredients, and presentation may occasionally vary from images displayed online.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Images

  • Product descriptions

  • Graphics

  • Website design

  • Text and content

is the property of PUTIA Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Website Use

Customers agree not to:

  • Use the website unlawfully

  • Attempt to interfere with website security or functionality

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Use automated systems to access or scrape website content

PUTIA reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where misuse is suspected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PUTIA Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities

  • Delays in delivery

  • Website interruptions or technical issues

  • Spoilage occurring after successful delivery

  • Customer misuse or improper storage of products

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

12. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Customers agree to contact PUTIA directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

PUTIA reserves the right to challenge fraudulent or abusive chargebacks and may suspend or permanently block future orders associated with suspicious activity.

False claims relating to missing, damaged, or undelivered goods may be reported to payment providers or relevant authorities.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in relation to the use of this website or purchases made through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
