Bauli Gluten-Free Rosemary Focaccine are soft, fragrant mini focaccia made with Bauli’s exclusive Lievito Madre Futura Gluten Free sourdough — a breakthrough in gluten-free baking. Made with rice flour, extra virgin olive oil, psyllium fibre and rosemary (0.6%), they are alcohol-free, certified gluten free (Crossed Grain IT-108-062) and specifically formulated for coeliacs. Approved by the Italian Ministry of Health.
