Our Story: Since 1969, Mario Polidori’s family has cultivated the olive groves of Monte Pisano with passion and dedication. Today, Roberto, Alessandro and Manrico continue this tradition with the same commitment to quality, sustainability and authenticity that Mario and Disma passed down through generations.

Our Process: Olives are cold-pressed in the family’s own frantoio using a Mori-Tem Olio Mio Gold 200 system — a modern small-scale mill that allows precise control over every stage of production, preserving the oil’s organoleptic properties, aromas and authentic flavours.
