The Arabica is grown at 1,400–1,500 metres above sea level, where the cool mountain climate allows the cherries to ripen slowly, developing a naturally sweet and refined flavour. Each cherry is hand-picked to ensure only the finest beans are selected.

The result is a smooth, full-bodied coffee with low acidity, a rich, persistent crema and elegant notes of wild berries, vanilla, milk chocolate and toasted nuts.
